Responsibilities:

  1. To handle incoming calls & walk in customers.
  2. Consistently monitor of all Office Supplies and workstation are in working condition, handle daily administrative support.
  3. Responsible to prepare quotation and issue related document for customer and project related service maintenance.
  4. To generate related status report and/ or documentation as required by the superior.
  5. The scope of work should be revised from time to time based on management needs or
    requirements

What you'll need to have:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business study or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
3. Prefer Mandarin Speaking Candidate (required to liaise with client).
