About Us:

Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Office Administrator (OA) to join the RTS Link team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will support the Director of Construction in the Construction Management office and project sites and organise overall office administrative duties.

Your Role:

  • Organise office operations and procedures, control correspondence, design and maintain filing systems, and review supply requisitions to ensure smooth office services.
  • Establish procedures for retaining, protecting, retrieving, transferring, and disposing of records to maintain historical reference.
  • Prepare departmental reports and meeting minutes for record-keeping and updates.
  • Monitor changes in company policies and procedures to ensure departmental compliance.
  • Manage operational requirements by scheduling employees and tracking work results.
  • Coordinate with team members on specific deliverables/task updates, including project timelines, resource allocation, or task progress.
  • Assist in compiling/preparing periodic and as-needed reports and collaborate with other departments regarding company documentation.
  • Address any issues, complaints, and inquiries from stakeholders, directing them to the appropriate person for immediate resolution.
  • Perform additional official tasks as instructed by superiors, which may include but are not limited to assisting in special projects, coordinating office events, or supporting other departments as needed.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Office Administration / Secretarial or other related fields. (Minimum CGPA of 3.00)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and other essential productivity tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Willing to relocate to Johor Bahru.
  • Applicable to Malaysian citizens only.
