Your Role

Office Management Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for administrative functions, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage IT equipment orders (e.g., laptops) for new joiners.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, ensuring engagement and a positive company culture.

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process for MY, from job postings and interviews to offer negotiations.
  • Support with regional CV screening.
  • Act as a deputy for payroll processing, in SG/MY, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, misconduct cases, and disciplinary actions in line with legal requirements.
  • Support HR system maintenance, ensuring data integrity and assisting employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Oversee sick leave, absence tracking, and medical certifications.
  • Support with HR-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support for regional HR projects as needed.

Your Background

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in an Office Manager with HR focus, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, employee relations, payroll processes, and compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication English skills
  • Experience in local hiring and candidate management.
  • Ability to support and handle HR legal cases, grievances, and disciplinary matters with professionalism.
  • Strong commitment to compliance and processes
  • A structured, self-motivated individual who takes initiative.
  • Comfortable using HR systems and office management tools.
