Site Supervisor

We are dedicated to excellence, innovation, and safety, and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and incident reports.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Address any concerns or disputes promptly and professionally to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Project Supervisor or similar role in the building and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIDB, OSHA, PMP) and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
