On-Site Technical Representative Engineer (Kuantan-Singapore)

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized local institution, Singapore Polytechnics or equivalent 3+ years relevant experience
• Have basic knowledge of quality systems like ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, AS9100, TS16949, NADCAP
• Well knowledge of raw material management, manufacturing processes and trouble-shooting analysis
• Sound analysis capability and problem-solving skills.
• Good commercial sense and highly responsible and independent
• Good PC skills, especially office tools to conduct all kinds of analyses, as well as presentation skills for reports.

Tasks & responsibilities

• To monitor quality of finish goods, send by TT Kuantan and to update finish goods quality status to engineer in TT Kuantan
• To check technical issues reported by customers and work towards a timely resolution, escalating complex issues to engineer in TT Kuantan
• Guide clients through step-by-step solutions clearly and concisely, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, including details of actions taken.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved and their satisfaction is met.
• Collaborate with the engineer team to communicate customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and contribute to ongoing product improvements.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy guidelines, while handling customer information
• Willing to travel between Singapore and Kuantan
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
