- 具有一對一助理的工作經驗。
- 精通英語和普通話，包括閱讀、寫作和口語，以便與學生及其家長進行良好的互動。
- 具有良好的情緒智商，以及與各個層級的人進行社交和良好合作的能力。
- 具有良好的溝通能力，能夠以簡單的方式向有特殊需求的學生解釋複雜的日常現象。
- 為學校提供強有力的牧師關懷，並能夠在上級指導下專業地工作。
- 提供住宿和餐飲。
