Job Responsibility
- Manage customer interactions through various channels
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Min education SPM / Certificate / Diploma
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- KWSP, SOCSO included
- Min 12 annual leave per year, more for senior position.
- We provide medical coverage. You may claim up to the limit of your position
- Overtime allowance will be provided
- Telephone allowance
- Transportation & Meal allowance will be provided for outstation
- Attendance allowance will be provided if no absence during working month
