At its core, Customer Success, as the name implies, is about driving success for our customers. What that typically means is helping our customers to get maximum value out of our product. Let’s say you are a CS for Commercial Kitchen equipment with F&B owner. You would help them to be successful with their F&B business , provide professional advices and also propose budget to avoid wastage for their commercial/central kitchen.
Every day is different, every customer is different, every situation is different. Be understanding , be patient , be logical thinking more than emotional. Learning will be never-ending in the Customer Success journey.
We regard talent as an important asset of our company and expect to cultivate at least 13 managers at the manager level by 2027. In addition, we have always had a commitment to up skill and train our staff, and also provide priority chances for internal promotion. In the meanwhile, we will release more than RM20,000 yearly budget for staff training and provide bold career roadmap planning for each level position.
In 2016, a logistic admin was promoted to become Logistic Manager.
In 2020, a senior videographer was promoted to become Assistant Manager of Marketing Dept.
In 2021, a general worker was promoted to become Senior QC executive.
In 2021 & 2022, 2 general workers were promoted to become Techinicians.
In 2023, a junior customer success is promoted to become Senior CS.
In 2023, a Senior Content writer is promoted to become Tiktok Project Leader.
In 2024, an Assistant Marketing Manager is promoted to become Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager.
In 2024, 3 Customer Success are promoted to become Sales Consultants.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
- Fluent in Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Bahasa Cina(懂普通话者优先)
- Required Skill(s): Familiar in Microsoft Word/Excel, Can speak bilingual is priority
- Preferably 1-2Year(s) specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
- At least 1-2 year(s) customer service experience is priority.
- Knowing to satisfy customer requirement and also, protect company benefits
- You have a very good attitude and discipline
- You know how to cover stress
- Deal with support team and courier company to settle the delivery or packaging issues.
- Submit CN report to admin and service department.
- Can be requested OT or work at home after normal working hours.
- Issue bill and prepare courier consignment
- Marketplace reply on time and solving customer issue ,eg. Return and refund/ Delivery update tracking
- Collect enquiry from customer.
