Job Description
- Inspects retail outlets in the Shopping Mall and maintains good professional relationships with tenants.
- Escalates issues and problems to the Assistant Manager/Manager of Operations.
- To work closely with the Security, Cleaner and maintenance department in ensuring the Shopping Mall is kept at tip top condition.
- Inspects the setup and operations of retail outlets to ensure compliance with Tenancy Agreements and statutory requirements.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Tenants.
- Effectively presents information and responds to Tenants' enquiries in detail.
- Handles complaints and addresses any dissatisfaction expressed by tenants or customers.
- Controls the use of corridors in front of shops by tenants.
- Manages tenants’ delivery schedules from the loading bay to their respective outlets.
- Prepare relevant correspondence, including letters, emails and reports to tenants.
- Prepares Operation Reports as required by management.
- Liaises with relevant authorities when required.
- Supports other departments within mall operations.
- Carries out any ad-hoc activities as instructed by the superior.
- Minimum Postgraduate Diploma in any Engineering field can be considered.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
