Job Responsibility
- To monitor, update & key-in information related to the tenants & clients into Operation system.
- Provide assistance in all sales enquiries, sale administration and sales appointment as and when required.
- Issue rental billing to tenants & collect rental & issue receipt. Chase uncollected rental & take necessary action for late payment eg: Bar access card. Failing tenant info, letter offer, payment slip
- To issue owner statement & collect necessary bills to key payments. Upload & record all deposit slip, deposit statement, payment slip, bills, application of access card bill & etc to Operation system.
- Education Level: Diploma above
- Language required: English/ Mandarin.
- Skills required: Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience: 2 years above
- Attend to day-to-day tenants' enquiries, feedback & complaints.
- Attend calls & enquiries of prospective tenants online & offline.
- Working Location: Sunway & Subang Jaya
- Monthly incentive bonus: RM200âRM400
- Year-end team bonus pool distribution: RM40,000
- Annual salary increment
- Overseas trips, 3 months' year-end bonus
