Roles & Responsibility
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operation matters including disbursement checking (monitoring of pre-disbursement conditions and post-disbursement conditions) ensuring all standards and requirements are met.
- Perform verifications with paymasters and suppliers.
- Recording verification site-visits, ensuring site-visit verification reports are delivered, and scrutinizing the report provided ensuring it meets the standards and requirements placed.
- Ensuring trackers (collateral monitoring, contract trackers, etc) are up to date.
- Responsible for loan disbursement to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard.
- Help with data maintenance by compiling, creating, and updating data in the database and system to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Perform disbursement checking and ensure that all documents are accurate, completed, in order, and in compliance.
- Follow up on operational matters and ensure all actions have been taken and completed by related parties.
- Undertake various special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
- Pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail person will be preferable.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in operation processes, technology and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
