Responsibilities

• Lead overall factory operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal).
• Oversee the setup, commissioning, and coordination with suppliers, contractors, and authorities for the new factory.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to maintain high performance and meet production goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage operational budgets to ensure cost control and product quality enhancement.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Food Engineering or Food Science.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience in setting up and commissioning new manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methodologies.
