  1. Store Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Implement operational procedures to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control, ensuring optimal supply.

2. Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Schedule and manage staff shift, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3. Customer Experience:

  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or feedback promptly.
  • Create and implement promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health regulations.

4. Financial Management:

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, monitoring financial performance against targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

5. Startup Involvement:

  • Collaborate with the executive team in the pre-opening phase, contributing to store layout, menu development, and brand positioning.
  • Drive the store’s launch strategy, including marketing and promotional initiatives to create buzz and attract customers.
  • Adapt and refine operational processes based on initial feedback and performance metrics.
  • Supervise the coordination of construction schedules, permits, and equipment procurement to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in F&B operations or project management are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 3 years focused on new store setups, preferably in tea houses, cafes, or boutique beverage establishments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, POS systems, and inventory software.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of tea varieties, brewing techniques, and contemporary trends in tea culture.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
