You'll be responsible for monitoring misconduct and reinforcing company policies among 500+ staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff conduct and enforce company policies across 108 branches.
- Lead investigations into employee misconduct and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with branch managers to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in training and guiding staff on operational procedures.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Management, Business, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in operations, HR, or compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and travel across branches when needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
