Job Description

The operations executive job duties include but are not limited to:

Acquire and allocate resources to support operations.
Arrange and manage advance payments from charterers and final settlements when the voyage is complete.
Assist with commercial analysis, preparation of operational and annual reports as well as laytime and off-hire statements on completion of each voyage.
Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities, and liaise with external parties to ensure efficient commercial operation.
Optimise utilisation of resources.
Prepare ship position updates.
Propose workflow improvements to improve efficiency.
Update clients on ship activities, personnel, refinery and fleet changes.
Update customer databases.

Job requirement:

Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in business or any related field
Experience in similar position would be an added advantage
Able to Communicate in English, Mandarin & BM to be able to deal with vendor and supplier from China
Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
Work location: Bintulu, Sarawak
