Logistic Manager (Salary+Allowance+Accommodation l Sarawak) P19

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Accommodation

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; alt Sat 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• To oversee the material movement/ handling at the back-end of production supporting the production and planning and sales team in a timely manner.
• Develop the strategy/ tactic for the logistic team to achieve target efficiency.
• Establish / Follow management system (Plan, Do, Check, Act) within the team so that it can operate in a sustainable manner.
• The back-end process is after products packaging. It includes transferring activity from WIP area to final warehouses, storage, arrangement and delivery to customers (both trailers and containers). The back-end movement/ handling must be mindful of external customer requirements.
• Responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of product storage warehouse inventories, performing periodical stock count activity.
• Responsible for ensuring the products are delivered on schedule and to the correct destination by strictly following the sales picking orders.
• Responsible for a variety of tasks, including stock levels, transportation costs, delivery times, and supervising staff.
• Collaborating with different divisions within the business to enhance logistics.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior and reporting to Assistant Branch Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in logistic / supply chain.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of related experience in warehousing/logistic / production leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people acumen.
• Strong planning / organizing skill.
