Job Responsibility
- Develop and improve the company's operational systems and standard operating procedures and oversee their implementation.
- Guide and supervise the execution of system documents for various projects and functional departments.
- Handle temporary tasks or other assignments delegated by superiors.
- Conduct daily spot checks and monitoring, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and standardization of each distribution center.
- Train employees to understand the latest processes and ensure compliance with standards.
- Familiarize with the work and services of the security team.
- Perform daily on-site inspections to check for safety, cleanliness, and parcel handling or falling item issues.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must.
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Proven experience in logistics, fleet management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong adaptability and coordination skills, capable of independently handling urgent job tasks.
