Working Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Job Benefits
- Control the all activities, facilities, manpower and equipment to work efficiently and control loss & damaged.
- Analyze all problems and performance to prepare reports and purpose solutions for solving problems, cost control and improve work efficiency.
- Manage manpower of team including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, operational resource support in order to work smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
- Follow up the new technics and analyze overall problem of Hub operations in order to improve effective strategies and working processes.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Prefer extensive working experience in the logistics and warehousing industry.
- Must have experience with Automated Sorting Systems.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Proven ability to supervise a team of 20 to 50 employees.
- Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
- Strong communication, presentation, and adaptability skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
