Operations Intern

Engage Life is a corporate wellness and engagement service provider, managing companies’ employee well-being programmes as well as a community wellness app. This internship position will focus on wellness event management and execution, including hospitality and learning to maintain engagement with clients.

Key learning points and responsibilities will include assisting the operations team in:

Data Management & Analysis

• Collecting, organizing, and maintaining relevant operational data that include health related data and user engagement tracking.
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity via Engage Life’s web backend platform.
• Assisting to prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Working with the team to brainstorm data-driven ideas.
  
  

Wellness Event Management

• Assist in coordinating the planning and execution of wellness events, including fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, and health workshops.
• Collaborate with external vendors, health professionals, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event logistics.
  
  

Hospitality, Customer Care, And Engagement Management

• Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests, participants, and partners during events.
• Provide quality customer care and experience to clients and participants. You will be learning directly under a former Airline Crew!
• Brainstorm and assist to develop and implement engagement initiatives to enhance the overall experience for people.
  
  

Communication And Coordination

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of wellness programs.
• Assist in communicating event details, logistics, and expectations to all stakeholders.
• Learn to foster positive relationships with vendors, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  
  

Reporting And Analytics

• Collect and analyze data related to wellness event attendance, engagement metrics, and participant feedback.
• Prepare detailed reports on the success of events and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Utilize reporting tools and software to track and measure key performance indicators.
