Responsibilities
Requirements
- Supervise product, plant and manufacturing engineering projects and initiatives with regard to feasibility, cost, and timeliness.
- Reviews project plans using project management techniques to ensure adherence to sound project management criteria.
- Supervise the qualification of new products and raw material to be incorporated into manufacturing accordingly.
- Establish priorities and assign work to appropriate team members, monitors performance and resolve conflicts among team members.
- Define goals and objectives consistent with business strategy by investigation information sources and by working with key individuals.
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Participate in annual budget preparation and champions capital expenditures project planning and budgeting.
- Monitor capital expenditures in order to insure control within budgetary limitations.
- Establishes and maintains an environment conducive to continuous improvement in manufacturing; recommends alternatives for improving production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions
Requirements
- University Graduate with Bachelor/College/Intermediate degree/Diploma in Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years knowledge of sales experience/production management in the HVAC industry.
- Hardworking and with a positive working attitude.
- Ability to identify, analyst, organize and solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Good time management skill, able to priorities work to ensure efficiency.
- Ability to communicate in English language.
