Order Management Officer

Job Description:

• Handle daily order processing for domestic/export sales order and e-commerce operations.
• Prepare shipping documents, i.e. Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List, and other related documents when required.
• Calculate order quantity, measurement, and weight of goods to fit FCL/LCL.
• Attend to customer’s orders within an agreeable turnaround time in an efficient manner.
• Deal with various departments in resolving daily requirements and problems raised by customers for quote, production and delivery or quality-related issues.
• Correspond with domestic and export customers for all matters related to delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma/degree in any related discipline.
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Teamwork spirit to perform daily order packing in fast-paced environment, especially during festive seasons or online promotion, for instance, Hari Raya, 11.11
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP.
• Meticulous, accurate and timely data entry skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English, both written and verbal.
