Restaurant Manager (Oriental Restaurant)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage our oriental restaurant (Han Pi Yuen)
• Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
• Ensure all necessary arrangement and preparation are made for normal and special events; coordinates activities with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments.
• Monitors and directs service flow in the restaurant. Welcomes and seats guest and present menu with suggestions to specials.
• Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment
• Executes the general responsibility necessary to minimize costs in operating the restaurant and achieving sales goals
• Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees

REQUIREMENT

• At least 10 years’ experience in Food and Beverage service with 5 years managing an outlet, especially Oriental restaurant.
• Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn.
• Conscientiousness with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Language preference - Multi Language
