Job Description
- Manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes for Japan and other APAC markets
- Perform billing, collections, cash applications, and dispute management
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in SAP
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities
- Maintain documentation and compliance with internal controls
A Successful OTC Specialist (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- Fluency in both Japanese (min JLPT N2 or above) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in order-to-cash processes or general accounting functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and SAP is preffered.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- An ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
- An annual salary range of MYR 60,200 to MYR 96,800.
- Language allowance for Japanese-speaking candidates.
