- Handle appointments and walk in customers in the salon, to achieve monthly sales target. 处理约会并走进salon的客户 ，实现每月销售目标
- Provides front counter operations in handling telephone enquiries, arrange appointments, issue bills after treatment/products purchased by customers. 提供前台服务来处理电话查询，安排约会，处理客户购买的产品/产品后发出账单
- Manage enquiries either through walk in or phones, provides troubleshooting information, manage customers complaints and report customers’ information and needs. 通过步入或电话管理查询，提供故障排除信息，管理客户投诉并报告客户的信息和需求
