About the role

As an Outlet Supervisor in Ipoh Perak, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to provide an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team to ensure efficient and effective store operations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills
• Monitor store inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock replenishment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and take appropriate actions to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement store improvements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience and above
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive shopping experience
• Proficient in inventory management, sales reporting, and data analysis
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for the retail industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
