As the P2P Training & Stakeholder Engagement Specialist for China, you will play a key role in strengthening user capability and driving adoption of our Purchase-to-Pay processes. You will shape and deliver high-quality training, act as a trusted partner to our users and stakeholders, and ensure that global standards are translated into effective, locally relevant solutions. This role requires a strong customer focus, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.

This role requires a strong customer focus, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead P2P training and engagement activities for the China market, adapting global materials to local needs.
- Assess learning requirements and work with subject matter experts to design clear, effective training solutions.
- Create and maintain a range of P2P learning content, including digital learning, guides, and live sessions.
- Localise, update, and translate training materials to ensure they meet the needs of China users.
- Act as the voice of the P2P user community, capturing insights and feeding them into process and system improvements.
- Serve as an end-to-end P2P process expert and key connection point between users, Process Owners, and global S2P teams.
- Support change initiatives that strengthen process adoption, compliance, and overall user experience.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring open communication and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor and report progress on user engagement and training KPIs.
- Native-level Chinese and fluent English (spoken and written) – required to support China market.
- Experience working with P2P systems, ideally Coupa.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training within China; experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment, managing multiple priorities with confidence.
- Familiarity with modern learning tools, platforms, and digital content formats.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
