Assisting lawyers in handling SPA/Loan Documentation for various banks
  • Liaising with clients/purchaser and arrange for signing
  • Familiar with conveyancing procedure, Bank and relevant authorities' requirements to maintain and update clients' files
  • May complete assigned work in strict deadline
  • May work independently with minimum supervision
  • Is able and willing to learn and take on new tasks and a good team player
