Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing Leader to join our team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing plans for our Patient Care Solutions portfolio of products, ensuring successful New Product Introductions (NPIs), and providing essential sales and marketing support. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and external partners to drive product success in the market. Additionally, you will manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships alongside segment leader roles to strengthen our brand presence and thought leadership in the healthcare sector.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Product Marketing Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that align with business objectives and target customer segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to differentiate our products in the market and drive adoption.
  • Support field marketing teams for customer-facing events to generate new leads and prospects
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to product marketing, NPI launches, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to gather data, measure campaign effectiveness, and refine strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the omnichannel team to plan and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing) to enhance product visibility and drive lead generation.

New Product Introductions (NPI)

  • Lead the planning and execution of New Product Introductions (NPIs) from a marketing perspective, ensuring smooth and impactful product launches.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to define launch strategies, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Work with the content team to develop marketing collateral, including product brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital content, to support the NPI process.
  • Track and analyse launch performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize success and market penetration.

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training necessary to effectively sell the products, including product demos, FAQs, sales playbooks, and objection handling guides.
  • Support sales team with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, and win-loss analysis to support in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Support sales teams by creating tailored marketing campaigns, presentations, and materials to engage customers and drive lead generation.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare influencers to drive awareness and credibility for our products.
  • Collaborate with KOLs to generate content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and testimonials, that support product adoption and market leadership.
  • Coordinate KOL involvement in conferences, webinars, and other industry events to promote our products and position the company as a thought leader
  • Monitor KOL engagement, providing regular updates on their activities and ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of product launches and sales support.
  • Product Marketing including NPIs: Strong experience in developing and executing product marketing plans, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Sales Support: Experience in creating sales enablement materials and working closely with sales teams to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.
  • KOL Management: Experience in managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare influencers, and industry experts
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (marketo, workfront, adobe), and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools to support product promotion and lead generation.
