DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

Funds Management:

• Deposits: Process customer deposit requests, ensure accurate fund allocation, and handle various payment methods (bank transfers, credit/debit cards, e-wallets).
• Withdrawals: Process withdrawal requests, verify customer identity, and ensure timely fund transfer to the correct destination.

Transaction Monitoring and Reconciliation:

• Monitoring: Track all transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile client statements with internal records to ensure transaction accuracy.

Customer/Sales Support and Communication:

• Inquiries and Assistance: Provide support to customers and sales teams regarding payment issues, delays, and transaction statuses.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle and resolve disputes related to payment transactions, such as failed payments or unauthorized transactions.

System and Process Management:

• Payment Systems: Manage and maintain payment processing systems and platforms, ensuring security and smooth operation.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance payment processes to improve efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

• Finance Team: Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of payment transactions.
• Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support to resolve payment-related customer issues swiftly and effectively.
• IT Department: Coordinate with IT to address technical issues with payment systems and implement system upgrades.

Fraud Prevention:

• Fraud Detection: Implement measures to detect and prevent fraud in payment processes.
• Security Measures: Ensure the security of all payment transactions and adhere to industry data protection standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Finance related fields is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• High proficiency in English Language.
• Good command in BOTH English and Mandarin (as needed to support mandarin speaking customers).
• Experience in trading / investment / finance / forex will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement.
