Requirements

  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
  • Able to work at Kota Kinabalu
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook; familiarity with Worksy, Employment Hero, Swingvy, Justlogin, ⁠Payroll Panda
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude, responsibility, self-discipline, and dedication to work.
  • Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for executing accounting tasks to ensure that the transactions in accounts payable, accounts receivables as well as general accounting are performed on time and accurately.
  • Perform data entry of accounting transactions into the finance system as per instruction or standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare Company accounts for yearly audit.
  • Prepare/review invoices to clients.
  • Keep track and ensure proper recording of accounting transactions and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Responsible for the execution of HR functions related to monthly payroll and day-to-day HR administration work.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as may be reasonably required.
