Main Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring, managing, and preparing reports related to the SPAD-ICOP and truck GPS systems to ensure compliance with transportation laws, road safety, and efficient logistics operations.

Responsible for monitoring, managing, and preparing reports related to the SPAD-ICOP and truck GPS systems to ensure compliance with transportation laws, road safety, and efficient logistics operations.
- SPAD-ICOP Monitoring:
- Ensure all company vehicles comply with SPAD and ICOP guidelines.
- Review driving records such as speed, driving duration, and rest times.
- Prepare and submit monthly ICOP reports to management and authorities when required.
- GPS System Management:
- Monitor real-time truck movements via the GPS system.
- Investigate any unexpected movements or misuse of company trucks.
- Generate location attendance reports, speed data, idle time, and fuel usage.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Conduct internal audits related to driving records and GPS data.
- Ensure compliance with JPJ, SPAD regulations, and road safety guidelines.
- System Maintenance:
- Liaise with GPS and SPAD system providers for maintenance, repairs, or updates.
- Handle minor technical issues related to GPS devices or SPAD units on vehicles.
- Training & Awareness:
- Provide briefings and basic training to truck drivers on using GPS systems and complying with ICOP requirements.
- Related Duties:
- Act as the reference officer for management on matters related to truck monitoring.
- Prepare special reports in the event of incidents, accidents, or customer complaints involving truck movements.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics / Transportation / Information Technology.
- At least 1â2 years of experience in vehicle GPS management or truck/logistics operations monitoring.
- Proficient in using GPS systems and SPAD e-Safety (ICOP).
- Disciplined, firm, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without supervision.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Able to work flexible hours when needed (e.g., outside office hours for emergencies).
