- Bertanggungjawab untuk pemanduan harian untuk bos pergi dan balik pejabat, temu janji, mesyuarat, menghadiri aktiviti/majlis dan urusan keluarganya (hantar anak ke sekolah) dsb.
- Memandu dengan selamat dan tepat pada masanya.
- Mesti boleh dihubungi pada bila-bila masa, juga hadir di semua tempat tepat pada waktu bekerja, outstation dan pada slot masa bersedia seperti yang ditetapkan.
- Memastikan kenderaan diselenggara dengan baik dan periksa sebelum dan selepas penggunaan harian kenderaan.
- Memastikan kereta bersih pada setiap masa bahagian dalam dan luar serta memastikan kefungsiannya.
- Memiliki lesen memandu yang sah
- Hendaklah pandai menepati masa, disiplin, dan sabar.
- Biasa dengan jalan raya Malaysia dan mempunyai hala tuju yang baik.
- Tidak mempunyai sebarang rekod jenayah lampau atau kesalahan lalu lintas terdahulu.
