- Menyediakan Tender dan Sebutharga dan membuat susulan dengan pelanggan dan prospek.
- Untuk menyediakan semua Pesanan Jualan, Pesanan Penghantaran dan Invois kepada pelanggan.
- Mengendalikan sistem E-perolehan (Kerajaan dan PPUM)
- Menyediakan Senarai Pembungkusan dan mengaturkan pengangkut yang akan ditugaskan untuk penghantaran kepada pelanggan.
- Untuk membuat susulan ke atas penghantaran dan memastikan pelanggan berpuas hati.
- Untuk menyelesaikan masalah, pertanyaan dan aduan pelanggan dengan kemampuan terbaik dan secara profesional.
- Untuk menghasilkan Laporan Aktiviti Mingguan kepada Pengurus Kewangan & Akaun dan MD.
- Menyediakan laporan mingguan kepada MD mengenai sebut harga yang dihantar.
- Untuk memasukkan stok papan lengan.
- Untuk membantu dengan pembungkusan papan lengan apabila timbul keperluan untuk penghantaran segera.
- Sebarang tugasan ad hoc lain apabila dan apabila timbul.
