- Menyediakan & memproses pesanan pembelian.
- Berhubung dengan pembekal untuk mengesan status pesanan dan menyelesaikan isu.
- Menyelenggara & mengemaskini rekod pembelian & inventori.
- Minta sebut harga, terma rundingan & bandingkan harga dari pembekal yang berbeza
- Susulan penghantaran & menyemak barang yang diterima.
- Memastikan bahan, mesin & peralatan diperolehi mengikut spesifikasi, bajet & SOP tepat pada masanya.
- Membantu dalam pelepasan dan penghantaran tersuai Import dan Eksport.
- Menyelaras & berhubung dengan Pengurusan, Jabatan Projek & Kontrak mengenai status pesanan, jadual penghantaran & kawalan kos.
- Memastikan semua invois & penghantaran disahkan mengikut keperluan. Jejaki kemajuan projek sehingga siap.
- Untuk menjalankan apa-apa & semua tugas & tanggungjawab perintah adalah diarahkan oleh atasan terdekat.
