Job Description

Kami mencari Pengurus Projek berpengalaman untuk menyelia projek pembinaan perumahan & komersial.

Calon mesti proaktif, berdikari dan mampu memastikan projek siap mengikut masa & bajet yang ditetapkan.

Tugas & Tanggungjawab

1- Merancang, menyelaras dan memantau keseluruhan perjalanan projek.

2- Menyelia tapak, kontraktor & sub-kontraktor.

3- Menyediakan jadual kerja, progress report & claim.

4- Memastikan pematuhan keselamatan tapak (OSH).

5- Menyelesaikan isu teknikal dan operasi harian.

6- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak berkuasa & konsultan.

Kelayakan

1- Min 3–5 tahun pengalaman dalam industri pembinaan.

2- Mahir membaca pelan & spesifikasi teknikal.

3- Kemahiran komunikasi & leadership yang baik.

4- Boleh bekerja di tapak projek (Klang / Shah Alam / Sepang).

5- Mempunyai lesen memandu & kenderaan sendiri.
