  • Mengendalikan alat ganti pelanggan yang bertanyakan daripada panggilan, WhatsApp, e-mel atau faks termasuk Jurujual, peniaga, kontraktor dan penjagaan pelanggan.
  • Pengendalian untuk pelanggan berjalan masuk untuk pertanyaan alat ganti dan jualan tunai.
  • Maklum balas untuk penjagaan pelanggan, jualan atau pengedar untuk ketersediaan stok alat ganti.
  • Susulan dengan rantaian bekalan untuk alat ganti tiba.
  • Sediakan dan keluarkan invois pengebilan untuk pelanggan berjalan masuk yang ditanggung pelanggan.
  • Menyusun nota konsainan penghantaran untuk jabatan kewangan.
  • Nota Servis Pengisian untuk penggunaan alat ganti untuk kontraktor servis.
  • Setelah menerima sebarang pemindahan barang atau barang tiba di pejabat, sahkan dengan peminta dan terima barang.
  • Mengesahkan dan menyemak pemulangan alat ganti daripada kontraktor.
  • Maklum balas dan mencadangkan keperluan alat ganti untuk diservis.
  • Penyelenggaraan lokasi penyimpanan, meningkatkan ketumpatan dan kebersihan.
  • Menyokong penyelenggaraan asas dalam kawasan pejabat.
