We are seeking a curious, intuitive, and self-motivated communicator to support the people experience communications on channels, content creation and campaigns for communication projects in Allianz Services (e.g. People Experience topics such as Allianz Engagement Survey, Ways Of Working, #selfcare)
This role requires excellent project management skills, relationship building, problem solving and communication skills. The role would suit a detail-orientated people person with a passion for internal communication and connecting employees

Responsibilities
- Develops, plans and implements the communication strategy and communication plan in alignment with the Head of Global Communications in Allianz Services and the Head of People Experience and considering the HR processes and cycles through the year (including content, tools, channels, timelines, people experience branding etc.)
- Acts as a communicator/communication consultant for People Experience, all departments within People Experience (performance and rewards, people learning, people talent, talent attraction and recruitment, people retention and engagement, projects and change management, OHS etc.) and all the various People Experience ongoing projects (AES, EDGE, GPTW, WOW, SWP, Unboxing etc.)
- Implementing internal and external communication strategies
- Responsible for aligning all pieces of communication with the specific stakeholders involved, in accordance to the process map, including a close connection with Allianz Services Protection and Resilience communication department
- Is responsible for maintaining & building upon employee engagement and contributes to the increase of employee pride and awareness, helping to attract and retain external talent
- Responds to ad hoc communication requirements from all stakeholders within People Experience departments; including various communications for local German audience
- Develops and distributes templates and materials on various communication channels
- Prepares, compiles and creates content for internal and external communication, i.e. composing, editing, and producing communications for target groups including, but not limited to presentations, scripts, intranet articles, e-mails, community management etc.
- Coordinates and contributes to internal events and provides general support as needed
- Organizes People Experience events through the year (e.g. Global Townhall, Mental Health Day)
- Collaborates closely with the employer branding team; is aware of the branding guidelines and acts as a contact person for all employer branding aspects for the people experience departments; is involved in the monthly employer branding meeting presenting key topics important for communication colleagues and recruitment colleagues
- Responsible for adapting all local and global HR materials to the organizational EVP (job offers, local contracts etc.)
- Cooperating with other internal communication stakeholders such as leadership, HR departments across Allianz, including Group HR
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Knowledge of MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.
- 2+ years of communications experience
- Project management, HR or/and employer branding experience would be a plus
- Native fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience with a wide range of digital communication tools and channels
- Proven ability to create and compile content of technical nature
