Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a People Graduate to join our team in Johor, Malaysia. This is a perfect start for a graduate looking to develop their people management skills as they relate to an organisation and build a long term career in HR.

You will cover the whole employee lifecycle , including but not limited to; day-to-day HR systems administration, supporting payroll processes. assisting on recruitment from posting jobs to issuing offer letters and contracts, onboarding, carrying out inductions and exit interviews.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Competencies

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with their own team and more widely
• Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and respond effectively to change
• A growth mindset, willing to learn, co-operative and enabling attitude towards training and personal development
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral as you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders

Required Work Experience

• Previous experience working with Human Resources is desirable but not essential

Required Qualifications

• Degree (minimum 2:1 or above) in a relevant or transferable subject

Required Languages

• Fluent In English
• Bahasa Melayu is desirable
