How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of key SEA-wide interventions across Cost, Capability and Culture
- Lead the year-round governance of People Cost and Productivity KPIs (including FTE, People Cost/Ton and Kg/hw) working in partnership with the PLs and the SCE and Finance teams, including followup and closure of corrective action plans across sites as needed
- Co-Lead the Education and Training (E&T) pillar for SEA MSC and specifically lead execution of the Leadership Capability agenda across levels
- Lead the AC Planning process across SEA MSC for People Costs, and oversee execution month on month vs plan; lead all reporting to region and global on people related KPIs
- Project manage the Objective-Setting, mid-Year review, Year End Review, STR and other key people processes across SEA MSC
