Job Description
The role involves developing, implementing, and interpreting Performance Management policies, procedures, and processes and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure they are updated accordingly. It also includes managing the development and implementation of a company-wide performance management program, providing advice, and making recommendations to management and staff.

It also includes managing the development and implementation of a company-wide performance management program, providing advice, and making recommendations to management and staff.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and interprets Performance Management policies, procedures, and processes
- Manages the development and implementation of companywide performance management program
- Ideate the design of, manage and review Performance Management system to ensure optimized and proper usage of systems and tools
- Develops and conducts presentations/ training to management and staff on performance management system
- Advancing holistic performance culture, partners with LandD team to build people managers capability and incorporating DEI, ethics, etc.
- Facilitation of performance KPI cascading across functions and facilitate calibration session at leadership/enterprise level
- Copartner with Strategy Division on development, review and monitoring of Corporate Scorecards relating to People elements
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience related to HR, preferably with experience developing, implementing or evaluating performance management system
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
