Performance Marketing Internship

The Performance Marketing Intern will be integral to our marketing efforts, supporting both digital and traditional marketing strategies. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, and client management, ensuring the effectiveness of communications across various brands. Strategic Planning

• Analyze research data and briefs to develop coherent strategies, provide critical insights and present them effectively to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of the agency's strategic planning capabilities and drive the effectiveness agenda.
• Assist the Strategy Manager with planning input on pitches as welll as in portfolio and credentials presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentation materials, ensuring consistency and standards in collaboration with the creative team and client servicing.
  
  

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Develop and implement social media content strategies, including planning and posting.
• Assist and prepare digital ad buys, ensuring effective budget utilization.
• Assist in Google Ads Search and Display campaigns.
• Stay updated on online marketing trends to ensure strategies remain current.
• Collaborate with digital creatives and client servicing teams to ensure accurate message delivery in posts.
• Conduct live coverage for events when necessary.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools is a plus.
