Job Descriptions:

  • Assist Director in managing day-to-day administrative and operation matters.
  • Perform all administrative duties, confidential matters as assigned and ensure they are remaining secured.
  • Assist in business research, keep track of company assets, analysis necessary information & performing bank task for the company.
  • Organize and manage the calendar, including arranging appointments, meetings, conferences, and personal engagements.
  • Assist to initiate and manage collaboration and integration with external consultants, key stakeholders, and client.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the Management.
