Job Responsibilities
- Set up, arrange and coordinate meeting, and update meeting schedule timely.
- Take minutes of meeting and circulate timely. Follow up on outstanding items.
- Monitor CFO email and send reply to sender timely.
- Follow up outstanding items pending from the respective HOD and monitor dateline.
- Handle, sorting and manage daily documents/emails required GCFO clearance and approval. Prioritize those documents with due date. Pass to GCFO to approve, to ensure complete on time.
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Hands-on working experience as a Personal Assistant for C suite in PLC or large corporate firms is highly advantageous.
- Possesses sound English writing correspondences.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable but not compulsory.
- Has own transport and is available as and when required.
- Detail orientated, proactive, flexible and is highly adaptable under any circumstances.
