Are you a skilled physiotherapist with a passion for both clinical care and wellness? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to our resort residents, enhancing their mobility, health, and quality of life.

Your Role:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
    Provide targeted physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
  • Design and implement rehabilitation programs for residents recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate residents on preventive measures, post-treatment care, and lifestyle adjustments to promote long-term health.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
    Conduct wellness workshops and fitness sessions focused on improving posture, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, patients, and families.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with healthcare team members.
  • Attends professional meetings, maintains certification, and completes related research.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or a related field
    2+ years’ proven experience in a physiotherapy setting.
  • Strong knowledge of neurological rehabilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of treatment planning and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Additional Duties

  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
  • Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence at a professional level.
  • Ability to use a computer and software proficiently.
  • Drive to continually learn new treatment techniques.
