Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build good relationship with guest and provide excellent customer service.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Handling reservations and sending booking details to ensure smooth guest arrival.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of every guests.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer and social media networking skills.
  • Self-discipline, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Good multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • People-oriented, positive personality with outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
