About the role

Join our passionate team of healthcare professionals at the RED Physiotherapy Rehab Centre as a Physiotherapist. In this full-time role based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional rehabilitative care to our clients, helping them regain their mobility, strength and independence.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescription and functional training
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
  • Provide patient education and promote self-management strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest physiotherapy practices

    • What we're looking for

  • Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Registration with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA)
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
  • Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
