- Maintain an efficient and safe working environment for all employees. Perform regular audit on all safety control programs.
- Ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations and design appropriate plant maintenance programs.
- Monitor all capital improvement projects and organize various performance appraisals and recommend training programs as per requirement.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs.
- Evaluate all production activities and prepare reports for all activities and inspect all associate. plant machines and equipment.
- Resolve all maintenance issues and recommend improvements to same if required.
- Collaborate with cross– functional team to drive project-based initiatives.
- Act as backup for maintenance engineer.
- Review and recommend improvements of all SOP procedures and perform troubleshoot on all plant activities and resolve all issues and assist factory manager to implement all changes.
- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results through masking and diffusion for presentation to engineering to identify yield/machine problems.
- Validate all systems and prepare required documents for all installation proves.
- Provide an efficient interface to evaluate all upcoming capital projects, analyses and obtain required feedback for all equipment and layouts.
- Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
- Responsible for assisting subordinates with experiments and data recording, including routine work such as shift report updates, and support for new process implementation and new equipment setup.
- Implements a rigorous preventive maintenance system. Responsible for assisting subordinates to maintain and improve process.
- Member of Food Safety Team, responsible to coordinate and improves the food safety issue. Ensures to report if detected any quality or food safety issue and participate in resolving it.
