Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement PLM solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, focusing on software development and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing sales, supply chain and services, to ensure PLM solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Arrange detailed implementation plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead the configuration and customization of PLM software to fit business specific processes and objectives.
  • Write clean, efficient code based on best practices and industry standards, focusing on front-end and/or back-end development as needed.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the software.
  • Integrate PLM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and SCM, to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Provide technical support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption and usage of the PLM solutions and systems.
  • Stay current with the latest PLM technologies, software development methodologies, and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings.
  • Document all development processes, system configurations, and custom code for future reference and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in software development, with a focus on product development solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to PLM development, such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Experience with databases and data management, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services is a plus, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with PTC Windchill platform is preferred.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Work Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in software development with a focus on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions.
  • Fresh graduates with full-time completed degree are considered. Training will be provided.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing PLM systems in a B2B environment.
