• Guide and care for children aged 1.5â6 with patience and purpose
• ï¸Communicate confidently in Mandarin to build strong connections
• Observe, wait, and gently guide â no shouting, just heart-led coaching
• Form secure, trusting bonds with each child, because connection comes first
• ââTeam up with parents as partners in their childâs growth journey
• Coach students 1-on-1 (60% of the time!) to help them unlock real-life skills, step by step

• Able to speak in English and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Committed for at least 1 year
