Preschool Teacher OR Primary Daycare Teacher

The PRESCHOOL TEACHER is responsible for holding a class and assisting in operating the preschool in accordance with school's policies & procedures to provide an educational, nurturing, and safe environment for children, staff and parents.

The PRIMARY DAYCARE TEACHER is responsible for guiding homework after school, teach and guide the standard 1-6 primary school students through self-directed learning method.

Responsibilities

1. Develop a complete teaching plan with coaching skills.
2. Organize learning material and resources.
3. Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities.
4. Supervise activities such as field trips and sharing sessions to stimulate children interest and broaden the understanding of their physical and social environment.
5. Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information.
6. Assess students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis.
7. Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing.
8. Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
9. Any other duties or projects to be assigned by the management.

CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Must be proficient in English (both written and oral).
• Proficient to speak and write in other languages would be an advantage.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Education or equivalent.

Position for Assistant Teacher and Part-Time Teacher is available as well.

Full Time: 7.45am-6pm.

Part Time: 8am-2pm or 12pm-6pm (time can be discussed).
